Q What to do if the equipment is broken when l receive it?
A Our shipping cost covers insurance for damage due to shipping. In case of partially damage that can be fixed by changing some parts, we will immediately ship the damaged parts for free and provide video call assist on how to change it. In case of severe damage to the whole equipment, the insurance company will cover the lost. When customers reorder the equipment, we will provide compensation coupon for the purchase.

Q How long does it take to receive the equipment?
A The lead time is 3-5 days for regular product, 10-15 days for slightly customized products(change color, plug, voltage), 30 days for fully customized produtcs. The delivery time varies slightly depending on the country. Generally, it takes 7 days by air, 15 days by train, 30 days by sea.
